Effective human resource management will improve efficiency of the organisation. Support the Industry captions by short listing and selecting best candidates, by selecting 3 to 5 for the final interviews.

3.     3.  Training and Development

Employee should provide with enough tools to perfume their duties better, new employees to the organisation should be oriented first on the vision, mission, organisational structure, goals and expectations of the organisation ect. Employees on the edge of promotions should be trained on industrial relations, leadership, professional development and HRM.
